Marriott Springfield Downtown Hotel

Quiet and stunningly beautiful place with clean facilities. Nice building and rooms in industrial like bathroom. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location relatively near Springfield Museums. Lots of food options at a short distance from the venue.

I liked the sun deck and the restaurant bar.

The floor at the pool had green mold on it. It was indoors. The hotel was expensive for what it is.

I specicically requested 2 double beds when booking and when we arrived they only had king beds left. What is the point of ordering/requesting specific things if they will not accomodate you. Having known they only had king beds left I would have stayed elsewhere. I was travelling with my 17 year old son- akward!

The room with a view. The hotel had a central setting to the Springfield museums. The staff were helpful and respectful and check-in was easy.

the check-in process was slow. but the large bed and spacious room made for a nice stay. loved the exceptional view of the courtyard, and the staff were helpful, going the extra mile to assist me.

Old rooms were stuffy, but the indoor pool provided a nice escape for the family.

Comfortable stay with a view

I had a super comfy 2-night stay. The king room was spacious, and the view was nice, looking out to the courtyard. The staff were great too, super helpful with anything I needed. Only downside was the parking fee-felt a bit steep for what you get. Breakfast was tasty, but it's an extra cost.

The king room with city view was spacious and had great amenities like a tv, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. The bathroom had a shower with body soap and shampoo. Indoor swimming pool and fitness center were perfect. Location was nice with views of the Memorial Bridge fireworks. Staff provided helpful tips on local attractions.

I thoroughly enjoyed the modern atmosphere and cleanliness of my room. The staff were helpful. The parking procedure could be streamlined to enhance convenience.

The excellent views from the King Room City View enhanced my experience, even if a noisy neighbor disrupted my sleep a bit. Can't wait to return!
